Lisa Craig, President

Mrs. Lisa Craig is the President of Trinity Land Surveying, Inc. (TLS). She was born in Phoenix, Arizona where she grew up with her family. She attended Glendale Community College focusing on business and marketing. After college, she moved to Las Vegas in 1998. Together with her husband of 20 years Mr. Jeffrey Craig, PLS she has raised two sons, Nicholas and Austin.
Over the years she has worked for some prominent general contractors in Las Vegas. She has over 20 years of business management and construction project management experience. Her experience has been an invaluable asset to the opening and continued success of TLS. Since its inception in 2012, Mrs. Craig has been the driving force behind TLS and is responsible for the day to day operations.
TLS is signatory to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 12 (IUOE) and Mrs. Craig holds memberships with the Nevada Contractors Association (NCA); including the NCA Diversity and Inclusion Board Member, National Association of Woman is Construction (NAWIC) where she sits on the Board of Directors and Membership Committee and also a member of NAMC.  Most recently TLS was award with the NCA Diverse Professional Service Firm of the Year award for 2019. TLS is certified with the National Woman’s Business Council (WBENC) as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). In her spare time, she is very active in her church and serves on its Board of Directors.

Adriane Massa, Immediate Past President

Adriane   joined the Las Vegas chapter  in 2014 and became  a board member soon thereafter. She has served on various  committees such as, scholarship chair, corresponding secretary, recording secretary, member of the audit  committee, chapter  vice president and is the current President.  As an active member she attends  board  meetings, general  meetings, participates in our community service events, and attends  NAWIC conferences.  Adriane  values the educational experiences and learning opportunities that  are available to all members.  She recently earned  her CIT (Construction Industry Technician)  designation through classes offered by the NAWIC Education Foundation.
Adriane  has been with Assurance Ltd., an insurance and bonding agency,  for the last 32 years.    She works  in the construction department providing bonds and insurance for a wide variety of construction­ based clientele.   She is also vice president of the Nevada Surety and Fidelity Association  and a member of the National Association  of Surety Bond Producers.

Heidi Ritchey, Vice President

  Heidi Ritchey is the Business Development Manager for Trinity Land Surveying Inc. (TLS). You can usually find Heidi out and about at various construction related events all over the Vegas Valley, and beyond! Her dedication to NAWIC is invaluable. From serving as a NAWIC Board Member for the last 2 years  to chairing Committees such as the Hobby Auction, Scholarship Fundraiser and the Ways and Means committee, this girl is always on the go and ready to take a selfie with you! Heidi has been a member of NAWIC since July 2019. In her “free” time she enjoys spending time with her family at home swimming and BBQing. Her love for dogs led her to her 2 rescue pups, Lucky & Chance.  Heidi felt these names were perfect for a couple of Las Vegas dogs.

Kim Price , Treasurer

Kimberly Price was born in Salt Lake City, Utah but was raised in the Midwest. She moved back to Salt Lake as an adult, where she began her career in financial services after attending Salt Lake Community College and earning a technical degree in Business Office Administration. She has since become certified in QuickBooks Desktop and is a certified Construction Bookkeeping Technician. Kim has worked in the construction industry for 12 years.  She started out as a payroll and data entry clerk for construction clients at a tax firm. From there, she was offered an office management position with one of her clients. Kim is currently the Office Manager for Trinity Land Surveying, where she has been employed for 2.5 years. Kim was introduced to NAWIC through her boss, Lisa Craig, owner of TLS, in February 2020. She became a member after her first meeting and has since gotten involved with many committees and events. Kim is excited to remain on the Board and looks forward to continuing to serve this Chapter

Rosie Contreras, Recording Secretary

Rosie was born and raised in Orange County, California and moved to Las Vegas in 2008. She moved back to California in 2016 and quickly realized that Las Vegas was home and returned in 2018. She started her career in the construction Industry 4 years ago working as a contract administrator for Westcor Companies in 2018. She has moved up to an Accounting Manager and is involved in all aspects of the Accounting Department. She learned about NAWIC a few months after and quickly started attending NAWIC meetings and events. She finally became a member Beginning 2021 and attended Spring, Fall and National Conferences and became a Construction Bookkeeping Technician (CBT) in October 2021. She is also a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). She  was part of the 60th Anniversary Committee and recently joined the Block kids, Ways & Means, WIC Week, Social Media & Marketing and Design Drafting committees.
She is happily married, has 4 sons, 1 daughter and recently became a grandma to a precious baby boy. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her loved ones, listening to good music, shopping for shoes and traveling.

Michelle Day, Corresponding Secretary

Michelle has been a member of NAWIC since February of 2019. As a Corresponding Secretary, she will be responsible for sending out cards to our members and friends who are celebrating events and sharing our prayers with those who are struggling.
She was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA.  She received a degree in Corporate Communications from Penn State in 2004. She moved to Las Vegas in 2007 and in 2010, married my husband, Jason.  She has 2 daughters (Taylor and Sloane) and a dog, Athena.  She has been in the trades for about 15 years, mostly in outside sales.  She sold raw materials (copper, brass, aluminum and stainless steel) for about 13 years.  About a year and a half ago she made the jump into industrial supply sales.
Michelle works for a small family owned company, Industrial Supply Company.  They have 7 locations throughout Utah, Wyoming and Nevada.  She handles all of Las Vegas, Southern Utah and a small part of Arizona and California.
In her spare time she loves to workout, travel and just spend time with friends and family.

Jill Burns, Director

Jill has been a member of NAWIC since January 1988. She has worked for Ahern Rentals as an outside sales representative since August of 2010. Prior to that she was the owner of RJB Equipment, Inc, a Certified WBE. Due to the economy in 2010, she was forced to close her doors.
Jill served on the NAWIC board back in 1989 and 1990. She has continued to be a member of NAWIC, supporting the organization with some of the committees and with the monthly meetings.
She is looking forward to supporting the Chapter as a Director for her term. She thoroughly enjoys being part of NAWIC!

Kristina Mitchell, Director

Kristina has been the Office Manager with SR since 2018 and Project Administrator since 2014. She brings over two decades of experience from working in construction, specifically in hospitality, healthcare, and commercial office space. Working closely with the President, she assists with the coordination of the office staffing, philanthropy, innovation, and community events. Kristina is exceptionally detailed-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks. She works closely with assigned project managers and project engineers to prepare, track, and execute all necessary project documentation.
At SR Construction, Kristina’s goal is to continuously challenge herself to learn more and assist the company in its growth goals. She is an active team player on the Philanthropy and Events committees for SR, as well as an active member for the ABC Event Committee. She belongs to many industry organizations, including NAWIC, DBIA, and ABC. Kristina is a valued member at SR. Her interpersonal skills, drive, and professionalism contribute significantly to her success on every project she undertakes.

Michelle Romo, Director

Michelle has been a member of NAWIC since June of 2020.  She is National Sales Coordinator at Advanced Wall Solutions USA, since January, 2021. She was Project Manager at the Raiders Stadium for Miller Paneling Specialties, sister company to Advanced Wall Solutions.
In the past, Michelle participated and coordinated a team for the annual Ronald McDonald House of charities Walk for the house. As well as, volunteered for the Make A Wish Foundation annual walk.
She is a native of Las Vegas and grew up in the Construction industry. Following in her father’s footsteps who started his own Company back in the 70’s, Michelle is proud to carry on her father’s legacy. She has experience in Construction as a Superintendent, Project Manager, Business Development and Office Manager.
Michelle is looking forward to the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors and help make a difference for Women in Construction, as well as being active in our community.

Tifani Blakley, Director

Tifani has been a member of NAWIC since August 2021.  Tifani works for Made in Las Vegas and donates her time to Monday’s Dark to help raise money for local non-profits. Tifani has stepped up this year to help Chair the Chari- Tea Auction and also the Design Drafting Completion for the Las Vegas NAWIC Chapter.
Tifani is looking forward to the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors

Dawn Barnes, Director

Dawn Barnes is the owner of RGD Construction, a women owned Construction company here in Las Vegas. Dawn has been a member of the Las Vegas NAWIC Chapter since August 2019. Dawn has recently stepped up to be the Chair for the Block Kids Competiton and is looking forward to serving on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Chapter this year!
